Ladies team

On 23 and 24 May the team of Royal Mougins , consisting of Merete Petteroe, Marianne Scholtes, Maari Vesanen, Ginette Griesbach, Catherine Muller and myself as Captain, played the "Championnat de Ligue par Equipes , 1ère division Seniors Ladies" on the course of Grand Avignon.

On the first day after the strokeplays we ended on the 6th place and on the second day we had to play against the team of Valgarde to stay in the 1st division .

We fought like lions, but unfortunately we lost with just a minimal difference.

So next year we will play in the 2nd division, where in fact according to our handicaps, we belong.

All the teammembers did their utmost in a perfect ambiance and  I want to thank them for that.

The Scandinavian Day is back : the Pictures...

Ladies Trophy

On the15th of May the team of Royal Mougins played the second competition for the French Riviera Ladies Trophy.

We ended up 6th out of 11 teams and in the general ranking we took the 3rd Place.

Thank you Sandra for playing so well  with 37 points, Lene with 33 points and Conny, Gerd-Helle and Jacky with 30 points.

Saturday May 24th : All against the cysticfibrosis !

Competition and caritative dinner 
for the French cysticfibrosis charity «Vaincre la Mucoviscidose»

This year, the Royal Mougins has decided to add to its agenda a charity competition «the Green of Hope» on Saturday May 24th to support the Research, improving care and the life quality of the patients and their family as well as to raise public awareness on the seriousness of this disease.
In 2013, 111 Green of Hope of the Golfs of France raised €320 000….

We have to beat th is record in 2014 ! The children need your help !
