Declaration to be Candidate
Dear Members,
The elections for the three available seats – Resident, Individual and Corporate - for the Board of Association Sportive will take place on April 22nd, 2016.
Members of Association Sportive who wish to be candidate for the Board, should write or email their request to the President of Association Sportive, Rattan Chadha, before April 6st, 2016.
To be eligible, a candidate for the Board should meet the following conditions:
- Be at least 18 years old on the day of election
- Be a Member of Association for at least 2 years on Election Day.
- Must have paid his annual dues

AS General Assembly
Dear Members,
The Annual General
Meeting of the Association Sportive is scheduled to take place on Friday 3 April
2015 at 16.00 in the Clubhouse.
The notice for
this meeting was published and sent to members recently. Due to an administrative problem this notice
was sent less than one month before the date of the meeting. We apologise for this. If any members feel that the AGM should not
be held on 3 April 2015 because of the late notice then please can they let the
AS know as soon as possible.
Traditionally the AGM is held on the Friday before the Rattan Chadha Cup, and as all the arrangements have been made to hold
the meeting on 3 April it would obviously be preferable not to postpone the
AGM.
The notice of the
AGM requires that any Members’ questions should be submitted to the Board of the
AS by 20 March. This is obviously no
longer possible. Please can you submit
any questions you may have to the Board by no later than Wednesday 1
April.

statements for 2014 and the AS budgets for 2015 and 2016 can be doiwloaded by clicking here.
