The AS board has decided, in accordance with the recommendations of the EGA, that to win a competition, the player must have an active handicap, ie making a minimum of 4 cards counting for handicap in the year.
This rule shall come into force from 1st January 2014.

You can make a card every time you play on the course.

You must announce it before the start and play with a marker, who will sign the card on return.
